This policy explains what personal data Smart Advanced Network for Education, Development & Achievement, operated by Khalid Ali Alenazi Establishment, collects, why, and what rights you have.
Who is responsible

What we collect
Your email address, an optional name, your language preference, your study activity (answers, scores, time spent, notebook, plan), your orders, and technical data needed to keep your session secure. We do not collect national ID numbers, and we do not store card numbers: payments are handled by the payment provider.
Why we collect it
To create and secure your account, give you access to what you bought, show your progress, process payments and refunds, prevent misuse of the question bank, send the emails that your account needs (confirmation, password reset, receipts), and meet legal and accounting duties.
Storage and retention
Study history is kept while your account exists, and for 12 months after your last plan ends (locked, so you can pick up where you left off), then it may be deleted. Order and invoice records are kept as long as accounting rules require. You can delete your account at any time from the account page.
Who receives data
Service providers that run the platform (hosting, database, email, payments), only as needed to provide the service. We do not sell personal data, we run no advertising trackers and we use no third-party analytics: the only visit statistics are our own, described under "Visit statistics" below.
Your rights
You can access your data (download it from the account page), correct your profile, and delete your account. For anything else, contact support@sanedaprep.com.
Cookies
Only essential cookies: your sign-in session, your language and the cookie notice. No analytics or advertising cookies: our own visit statistics (below) use none.
Visit statistics (our own, no tracking)
We count visits on our own server to learn which pages are used and whether the site works. No third-party service is involved and no cookie is set. For each page view we keep only: the day; the type of page (never the full address or the query string); the site language; the device type (phone, tablet or desktop); the kind of site that sent you (search engine, social media, another site or direct; never its address); the country when our hosting provider supplies it; and a daily code. The daily code is made from your IP address and browser details with a secret that is replaced every day and then deleted, so the same person cannot be recognised on another day, and neither your IP address nor your browser details are stored. We do not record visitors who send a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, nor automated robots. Detailed records are deleted after 30 days and daily totals after 25 months. The technical error reports we keep to run the site contain no personal data.
Students under 18
Many students are under 18. Students under 18 should use the site with the knowledge of a parent or guardian. This section needs legal review.
Data location
Data may be processed by providers outside the Kingdom. Where required we apply the safeguards that the law asks for. This section needs legal review before launch.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
