This is the refund policy for plans bought on Smart Advanced Network for Education, Development & Achievement.
When you can get a full refund
A full refund is available within 3 days of purchase, as long as you have not opened any simulator form or practice session since you bought the plan. You can browse the rest of the site before deciding. Opening a simulator form or a practice session ends the right to a refund.
How to ask
Open your account page, find the order and press the refund button. If you are within the policy, the refund is sent immediately and your access to that plan ends. Otherwise you can send a request, which we review.
How long it takes
We send the refund to your payment provider at once. The time your bank takes to show it depends on the card or method: usually a few business days.
Other cases
If something failed on our side (for example the service was unavailable), contact support@sanedaprep.com and we will review it. Accounts suspended for breaking the terms of use are not refunded.
