These terms govern your use of Smart Advanced Network for Education, Development & Achievement, operated by Khalid Ali Alenazi Establishment. Please read them before you create an account or buy a plan.
Acceptance
By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The service
Smart Advanced Network for Education, Development & Achievement offers self-study material for the English versions of the GAT and the SAAT: practice questions, lessons, timed simulations and progress tools. It is practice material, not an official test, and it does not guarantee any score or admission result.
Your account
You must give a valid email address and keep your password private. One account is for one person. Only one device can be signed in at a time; signing in on a new device signs out the previous one. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Plans and payment
Plans give access for a fixed period (1, 2 or 3 months) to the exam or exams named in the plan. They do not renew automatically. Prices are shown in Saudi riyals on the pricing page. Payments are handled by a licensed payment provider; we never see or store your card details. Refunds follow the refund policy.
Content and ownership
The questions, explanations and lessons are original material owned by Khalid Ali Alenazi Establishment, except the clearly attributed free-preview questions, which are officially published trial-exam questions used with attribution. The site is not affiliated with ETEC or Qiyas.
Acceptable use
You may use the content for your own study. You may not copy, scrape, photograph in bulk, record, redistribute, resell or share the questions, explanations or lessons, and you may not share your account.
Protection and suspension
To protect the question bank we apply daily limits, a watermark that identifies your account on question and explanation screens, and usage monitoring. We may limit or suspend an account that breaks these terms, without refund where the breach is serious.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change or improve features over time.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, and our total liability for a plan is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
